Quick vegetables pan

Ingredients
100 g of cauliflower
100 g zucchini (green zucchini)
1/2 tomato
1/2 pepper
150 g of cooked red beans or another of your choice (1/2 tin)
spicy sunflower oil with chili
salt
parsley

Method
Cauliflower and pepper finely and roast in a dry pan until they begin to smell. Spot them a little water and sauté 3-4 minutes with a lid. Zucchini and tomatoes cut into cubes and add to the pan. Stir until zucchini soften. Put them beans, salt and the oil, and leave as become hot beans. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. * The amount is for one serving. * Vegetables can be replaced and supplemented optional. The important thing is not to kashvat and added according to the time they need to be boiled. Overall, however, all these vegetables can be eaten raw, so that it is simply not a salad, but warm dish :)
