Rice sauerkraut

Ingredients
1/2 sour cabbage
4 tbsp lard or sunflower oil
1/3 cup toasted flour
cabbage juice dilution
Method
Cabbage is cut and boiled with water until soft. Fry in the lard or the oil. Put the flour and when fried pour the cabbage juice until a slurry. Boil on low heat to thicken.
