Rice with walnuts, onions and carrots

Ingredients
200 g rice
1 large or 2 small carrots
1 large or 2 small onions
200 g walnuts
sunflower oil
salt, pepper, Kimon powder, cinnamon
Method
Cut the kernels, chopped onions and carrots, add 1-2 pinches of salt and spices together and fry in a little sunflower oil (the amount is based on tastes). Once tender, mix with rice in a pan or saucepan, add water (1 part rice: 3 parts water), stir and leave the rice to develop. * Dish seem strange, but I discovered with astonishment that is quite tasty once you tried.

For me it is not strange products combine it well with, I put almonds and raisins will try and walnuts. Onions not it mnozhko for this quantity of rice, but once you try it!

I do not think it's strange taste, do lean vine leaves stuffed with similar also add raisins and gets a wonderful sweet-sour taste.
