Roasted duck with apples

Ingredients
1 duck
apples
blueberry compote
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned duck add salt and sprinkle with pepper inside and out, filled with peeled apples, which is removed seminal part and in its place was put compote of blueberries, and bake. In roast duck pour the sauce, if necessary, add water and fat parts Prick with a fork to drain the fat. To end in the sauce put new apple filled with cranberry compote.
