Ingredients
5 slices of white bread
1 egg
100 g minced meat
3-4 marinated mushrooms
1/2 onion
40 g cheese
20 g butter
pepper
mustard
salt
Method
4 slices to scatter on one side with salted water and arrange in a greased baking dish with the butter, as the wet side remain bottom. The middle of the fifth slice with meat and onion grind in a meat grinder. Add the sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper and mustard. The resulting mixture is distributed evenly over the slices, which are then coated with beaten egg, scatter with grated cheese and bake in a hot (220 C) oven until browned.

Interesting sandwiches. Thus I did not make them. Act in a more rapid procedure - coated slices on grill or oven with top heat until golden brown. But will try in this recipe when I have more time. Thank you!
