5 slices of white bread
1 egg
100 g minced meat
3-4 marinated mushrooms
1/2 onion
40 g cheese
20 g butter
pepper
mustard
salt
Method
4 slices to scatter on one side with salted water and arrange in a greased baking dish with the butter, as the wet side remain bottom. The middle of the fifth slice with meat and onion grind in a meat grinder. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms, salt, pepper and mustard. The resulting mixture is distributed evenly over the slices, which are then coated with beaten egg, scatter with grated cheese and bake in a hot (220 C) oven until browned.
