Ingredients
180 g butter
80 g of powdered sugar
300 g flour
2 hard-boiled yolks
vanilla
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
The butter mix with the sugar to a graying. Add egg yolks, crushed and passed through a sieve. All mix well, add vanilla and flour. Knead into a soft dough and using a syringe to make roses. Bake until pale pink. When ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I've done them. I booked how to become a cooked egg yolk, but proved to be very successful. Are very fragile. Try the recipe, can not go wrong.

I taped two by two with hip jam and become amazing! But so irresistible ...
