800 g willing fine sheet
100 g butter
150 g walnuts
1 tsp (5 g) cinnamon
2 cup (400 g) sugar

Arrange the finished cover sheets on one another, each crust sprinkled with melted butter and put a bit of stuffing made from ground walnuts mixed with cinnamon. Using a cloth wound accumulated sheet roll, which is cut with a sharp knife into pieces 3-4 cm long. They addressed the pieces with one cut side up and so arrange in greased pan. Bake in moderate oven until baklava is golden and when cool, pour the hot syrup made from sugar, glucose, vanilla and 1 cup (100 ml) of water.

baklava is gorgeous - made in our home for many years, an old tradition - this is usually done for the new year from my late grandmother.

can be made without glucose. Wonderful, traditional recipe!

But why Ruse? I'm from Ruse and here such baklava I have not eaten.
