Ingredients
250 g crab sticks
150 g hard cheese
4 boiled eggs
150 g pitted olives
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp lemon juice
croutons
mayonnaise
Method
The crab sticks, eggs and olives are cut. Grate the cheese grater in large pieces. Mix everything. Are added and a stirring finely chopped garlic, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Top is dusted with croutons.
