Salad of cooked carrots

Ingredients
4-5 carrots
2-3 green onions links
1 tbsp vegetable oil
vinegar
salt
Method
Carrots cut into cubes and boil until tender in salted water, then drain and mix with the added them finely chopped onion. Salad watered with vegetable oil and season to taste with salt and vinegar.

Another version of this salad is - carrots suffocate in the fat under the hood. Ham becomes more tasty, yet is more useful because vitamins in carrots dissolve in fat.
