Ingredients
400 g green beans
200 g hard tomatoes
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
1 clove garlic
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned beans cut into strips lengthwise and stew until tender in salted water. Allow to drain. Grind garlic with salt, add the oil, vinegar, pepper, beans, chopped tomatoes and stir.
