Salad with mushrooms - III type

Ingredients
mushrooms
salt
garlic
dill
vinegar
sunflower oil
Method
Mushrooms cut into slices and blanched in salted water. Drained of water and fry in heated oil. Mushrooms are transferred to a large salad bowl (or a small pan) together with some of the fat from frying. Add salt to taste, crushed garlic, dill and vinegar (lemon juice can) and mix well. Excellent appetizer for strong alcohol.
