Ingredients
4 large peaches
120 g sugar
7-8 mint leaves
300 ml water
2 packets of vanilla
Method
Peel peaches and cut into thin slices. Of water, sugar, mint and vanilla syrup is made, which placed the sliced peaches and lightly cooked. Remove, leave to cool, put them in cups or bowls for serving and poured the strained syrup. On top decorate with mint leaves.
