Ingredients
200 g canned peas
4-5 pickles
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp vinegar
2 eggs
salt
parsley or dill
Method
Cucumbers cut into cubes and mixed with peas. The mixture is trying to salt and, if necessary, add salt, pour in the vegetable oil and vinegar, sprinkle with parsley or dill and mix. Salad poured into a wide bowl. Decorate with slices of hard-boiled eggs.
