Ingredients
1/2 cup quinoa (small seeds disc-shaped)
1/4 cup black beans (cooked)
1/4 cup corn (cooked)
1/4 iceberg salad
pepper, cumin, salt
lemon juice
3-4 drops hot sauce (optional)
parsley

Method
Boil quinoa, chopped iceberg lettuce and mix all products. Flavoring with spices and sprinkle with parsley.
