Ingredients
500 g spinach
1 pomegranate
1 bunch arugula (about 150 g)
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt
Method
Clean the spinach and arugula, as we select only fragile leaves, wash under running water and place them in a large bowl, without chopping them (if leaves are very large, they break up large pieces). Put the pomegranate seeds and chopped walnuts and mix. In another bowl, mix the honey, mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pour over salad.
