Ingredients
300 g salo
350 g beans
1 onion
1-2 carrots
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp paprika
1 chili pepper
1 tbsp dried mint
Method
Cleaning and washing beans placed in enameled pot and pour cold water. After 10 hours, washed, pour in a suitable pot, pour over cold water and boil on low heat with chopped vegetables (onions, carrots) and spices (chili pepper, red pepper). When the beans are cooked, add the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes and pre-cut and fry until pink salo. Dish boil for another 20 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with crushed mint.
