Salo leek

Ingredients
fresh salo
leeks
sea salt
Method
The bottom of a suitable container (tin pot or tub) is covered with a layer of sea salt. Top put a layer of chopped leeks. Insert row salo. Cover with sea salt and leeks etc. Top is packed with salt and a span fresh snow. Pressed well and store in the cold.

I do with it in the same way, but the pieces themselves fat with chopped leeks turn in cheesecloth and then covered with salt. So then do not have to clean the salt unless he put snow.

I forgot to add that put and cumin.
