Ingredients
1 large head garlic
2 cup crumbs of bread
1/3 cup ground walnuts
1-2 cubes vegetable bouillon
salt
lemon
parsley

Method
In boiling vegetable broth add crushed garlic, walnuts and bread crumbs. If necessary add salt. Cook for about 10 minutes. The soup is served hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley and lemon.
