Soup dock

Ingredients
3 hands (750 g) dock
1 bunch fresh onions
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 eggs
salt
pepper
1 pm .ch. (200 g) yogurt
Method
Dock is cleaned of veins, cut in small pieces and stew together with the finely chopped onion in fat. Sprinkle with flour, add salt and pour 5 cups water. Broth after boil, thicken with beaten egg and sprinkle with black pepper. Serve hot. Separately served yogurt.

I have made it without her thickener and added a little cayenne pepper. Became great.

Add rice, depending on the amount of water and necessarily dzhozhen.
