Ingredients
5-6 potatoes
2 eggs
1 tbsp butter
parsley
dill
salt, pepper
Method
Grate in large pieces grater 5-6 large potatoes. Mix them with 2 eggs, drop them in boiling salted water and add 1 teaspoon butter. Cook the soup over medium heat. Once you remove it from the fire, sprinkle it with chopped dill or parsley and pepper and add 1 teaspoon butter. Optional soup can be served with croutons.

Nelly, very good idea! Only worry if you can cross when ousnat eggs in boiling water ... You have to try!
I copied when I thought about it, but maybe that is the goal. And I will try :)
