Soup-khash of pork legs, ears and tail

300-400 g pig ears, tail and feet
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
10-12 cloves garlic
1-2 (100 g) carrots
1/2 head (50 g) celery
2-3 bay leaf
2 eggs
2 and 1/2 tbsp (25 ml) vinegar
1 tbsp horseradish

Pig feet, ears and tail are washed well, put in a deep pan and pour 5-6 cups cold water. After boiling water add salt. Add coarsely chopped carrots and celery with onion and bay leaves. When the meat is tender, remove from pan fire. Remove meat separated from the bones and cut into pieces, then returns to the strained broth. Thicken soup with egg and seasoned to taste with finely chopped horseradish and vinegar.

... How I'm doing, I: Legs and ears without rinsing them, put them in a saucepan with triple bottom / temporary no tire uplatnitel for pressurizers / ... Uvaryavam them about 45-50 minutes ... When you pull out the water and throw them clear out everything very easily with a knife ... Then return them to the pot - water, finely chopped onion - a head average, bay leaves, black pepper / 20 / sea salt, finely chopped carrot. Currently boil on low heat until the bones are separated ... Then something lyutichko, lemon or vinegar and garlic MANDATORY ...!Greetings from Buenos Aires, where it is now winter and drown us from the rain ...!
