Soup mashed potatoes

Ingredients
4-5 (500 g) potatoes
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1/2 head (25 g) celery
60 g butter
1 slice (70 g) biscuit
black pepper
salt
Method
Onions, celery and potatoes, peeled and chopped boiled 5-6 glasses of water, then rub through a colander. Soup, add salt and boil until the desired consistency. After removing it from the heat and add the butter and pepper to taste. Serve hot with cubes of biscuits.

No need for a colander - with blender is easier and faster. And milk please! And no biscuit but diced slices of bread baked in the oven and flights with oil (about to become crisp). And now attention! - Sprinkled with vegeta or powdered bouillon cube so bites are prepared for appetizer. Greetings from your uncle Bob the Master!
