Soup Pavise

Ingredients
1 egg
2-3 slices of white bread
2 cup (400 ml), meat broth
20 g feta cheese
fresh onion
Method
Greased with butter slices of white bread fry on both sides until golden brown and place them in a fireproof container. Pour broth and add a raw egg. The soup is placed in the oven until hardened egg white. Serve sprinkled with grated feta cheese and chopped onions.
