Where is the cheese?

is Parmesan cheese. Here in Italy all cheeses say cheese

That's cheese are all these dairy products processed in specific technology and has changed under the action of rennet and enzymes of the lactic acid microorganisms (this last is a quote from Wikipedia). In Bulgaria by saying *cheese* most understand Bulgarian white brined cheese, but all brined cheese, yellow and hard cheeses, stinky cheese, soft cheese and so on.. Are cheese, including Parmesan cheese.

Cheese only say we Bulgarians it is our patent I have not heard in Italy say cheese nor know what it is, we Bulgarians say so. Parmesan Parmesan is not talking about cheese in the recipe word is confused.

steffanell, not confused the word bash is parmesan cheese - Parmesan cheese, Gouda cheese, blue cheese, Emmental cheese, feta cheese, cream cheese, cheese River, cheddar cheese and so on.. And so on.. hundreds of species - are increasingly cheeses. And of Bulgarian and foreign languages this is the term for this kind of dairy products.
