Ingredients
400 g chicken breasts
100 g bacon
250 g canned mushrooms
400 g canned tomatoes
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
pepper
basil
1 beef bouillon cube
250 ml cooking cream
200 ml red wine
20-30 ml sunflower oil
grated parmesan
500 g spaghetti
Method
Boil pasta in salted water according to the time indicated on the packaging. Drain and spread on plates - products for 4 servings. In the oil fry the chopped onion and garlic. Alternately add the bacon and chicken, diced, mushrooms and tomatoes - I use canned peeled tomatoes into cubes. Add salt, sugar, pepper and basil to taste, beef broth and wine. Stir and leave on low heat until the wine evaporates. Finally, add the cream, mix well and spread the sauce on spaghetti portions. Serve sprinkled with grated parmesan. * The recipe can be prepared and ready chicken, as I often do you prepare when we left grilled chicken. In this case, the meat is placed finally in order not to be disconnected when cooking the sauce.
