Spicy cutlets

Ingredients
400 g chicken
200 g veal
50 g cream
3 tbsp (30 g) yogurt
20 g butter
2 slices of dry bread
3 eggs
Flour
breadcrumbs
Salt
black pepper
Method
The meat is ground and kneaded with the cream, milk, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Minced meat sprinkle with a little flour and leave in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Formed into slices, rolled in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs and fry until golden.
