Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
340 g chicken breasts
1 red onion
1 tbsp flour
1.5 liters chicken broth
500 ml tomato juice
420 g of canned corn
2 red chillies
coriander
Method
Chicken fry with 1 tbsp olive oil. The meat is removed and cut into pieces. The remaining oil is added in the same pan. Fry the onion that is chopped. When soft add flour. Cook at stirring 1-2 minutes. Gradually add tomato juice and broth. Boil soup thickens and boils. Add the drained water from canned corn, chicken. Add chopped chilies. Soup warms without boil. Serve sprinkled with coriander.
