I wonder what this honey lemon, you make or buy?
Yes, honey purchased. Actually this is possible because I know that is hard to find. But it is as others. honey acacia, pine, etc. except that this is a slight tinge of lemon or orange. (Such honey is made in Sicily in orange gardens for example).
Here's what I found for miele di limone - has unique characteristics. The aroma is reminiscent of the colors of lemons from Sicily, delicate aroma and slightly sour. Has a calming effect and spasmodic, antiseptic and rich in vitamins, suitable for sweetening beverages like tea and chamomile. Calming and refreshing effect. But alas in Bulgaria lemon or orange groves there, and the only Italian product with lemons, which can be bought is famous of Capri and Sorrento - Limey. So because you can not taste be added to honey and a spoonful of this liquor?
EEE Marina you killed me. Jump admire you, that you tried to learn about things relating to honey. Very very rights that they are not easy even for those who live in Italy. I think that if you add a little liqueur or as you suggest, or a few drops of lemon juice will not hurt at all and will be a good effect. Thanks for the detailed information I shared what I just heard. Bravo!
