Ingredients
500 g flour
250 ml milk
40 g yeast
125 g sugar
80 g butter
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 vanilla
1 tsp grated orange peel
50 g ground almonds
1 yolk
50 g poppy seed

Method
Dough is kneaded without orange peel, nuts and poppy seeds. Divide into 3 parts, one is mixed with orange peel, one with almonds, third with poppy seeds. Each piece is made of rolled and twisted. Put it in the pan, sprinkled with flour and stayed 30 minutes, smeared with yolk and bake in preheated oven.
