Stewed liver with tomatoes

Ingredients
500 g liver
250 g tomatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
1 clove garlic
sunflower oil
1 tbsp (10 g) breadcrumbs
pepper
sage
cloves
parsley
4 slices of bread
lemon
salt
Method
Liver, which is removed the skin, immerse briefly in boiling water, remove and cut into pieces. The chopped onion, carrot, breadcrumbs fried in sunflower oil, add the liver, which are pierced cloves and stew. After a little added scalded, peeled and cut into pieces of tomatoes, crushed garlic, pepper and a little sage, pour water so that the liver can be fully immersed and stew on low heat under a lid until soft. Meanwhile, fry the slices of bread in sunflower oil. Remove cloves from tender liver, add salt, arranged in a dish, pour sauce and garnish with slices of bread, slices of lemon and chopped parsley.
