Stuffed eggs with boiled Rousse

Ingredients
10 eggs
150-200 g boiled Rousse
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp mayonnaise

Method
Boil the eggs - should be boiled. Peel and cut into 2 pieces lengthwise. Separate the egg yolks in a bowl and smash with boiled Rousse. Add the mustard and mayonnaise and everything goes wrong. Full cut halves of eggs and decorate of your choice. Can be served in small plates with small pieces of tomato and cucumber as a garnish. Top put a sprig of parsley.
