Stuffed moussaka

Ingredients
7 potatoes
# For the filling:
250 g minced meat
1 carrot
7 tsp tomato juice + a pinch of garlic flour
7 slices of melted cheese or feta cheese
savory, salt

Method
Peel the potatoes and be dug with a spoon, the walls remain to 5 mm thick. In a pan put the minced meat with about 50 ml water, lightly fry until turns white. Add carrot, diced clippings potatoes, savory and salt to taste. Fry 2-3 minutes. With the prepared stuffing filled potatoes. Remaining stuffing position of a bottom in the court, which will bake (glass pan). On it are arranged potatoes. In each potato poured on spoon tomato juice. Close the lid and bake 20-25 minutes. Visible when the dish is ready, open the lid and on each potato is placed on a slice of melted cheese or feta cheese. Allow excluded in a hot oven without cover spill processed cheese or cheese.
