Stuffed peppers with dry beans and sausage

Ingredients
500 g beans
2 pieces of sausage with spices
7-8 dry peppers
1 onion
2-3 tbsp flour
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp paprika
dried mint
sunflower oil for frying
salt
Method
The beans are put together with chopped onion to boil until almost. The peppers are scalded with boiling water. Sausage cut into rings and fry lightly. In the same fat, put the flour, lightly fry and add the tomato puree, fuzzy with some water. Finally put paprika and salt. To the roux and add 2 cups the water of cooked beans. In a pan pour the grains of beans and pour over them and roux and add salt (should be slightly savory because peppers are unsalted). This mixture is stuffed peppers and arrange in pan, about their ranks and sausage. If the remains of bean stuffing for peppers and put it, add the water and which is left over from cooking the beans, so that almost cover the peppers. Serve sprinkled with mint and bake in the oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
