Ingredients
1 zucchini
1 onion
1 pepper
tomato 1
1 carrot
200 g yogurt
200 g feta cheese
1/3 cup rice
salt, dill
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
In a saucepan of salted boiling water sent down the diced vegetables. Add the oil and the washed rice. Boil for 30 minutes. Once removed from the heat, crushing the feta cheese and zastroyvame yogurt. Add finely chopped dill. The soup is very light, easy to prepare and perfect for hot days, because you can eat and cold.
