Swiss cheese soup

Ingredients
2 slices of white bread
30 g butter
1 l meat broth
80 g feta cheese "Emmental"
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
1/4 cup (50 ml) cream
1/2 tsp (3 g) cumin
salt
pepper
5-6 sprigs of parsley
Method
Slices of white bread cut into small cubes and fry in the butter. Make the meat broth, add cumin brave and let boil for 10 minutes on low heat. Add milk mixed with cream, remove the soup from the heat and while stirring it pour grated feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, sprinkled with parsley.
