Ingredients
250 g boiled beef tripe
250 g cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (pressed)
2 tbsp vinegar
1-2 pinches of salt

Method
Boiled tripe strain well, so that no water is drawn from it, cut into cubes. Chopped tripe stew in the butter with salt for 1-2 minutes (it takes from heat before she changed color). Place in a fireproof dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake so tidy upper heating element in the oven or on the grill microwave. Bake until the cheese melted. Remove, seasoned with garlic and vinegar as sprinkle them on top.
