Tripe-soup with beef tripe

Ingredients
600 g beef tripe
1 onion
1 carrot
5-6 peppercorns
parsley
2 tsp paprika
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
250 ml milk
3 tbsp flour
2 eggs
1/2 head garlic
salt

Method
Tripe boiled with halved onion, whole grain carrot and pepper, seasoned with salt. Parsley is tied with thread and put the vegetables - finally a little. After 3-4 hours gut is removed, cut into pieces, and strain the broth and add to it the oil fried with paprika. Separated 1 cup to cool. In separate bowl flour blurs with milk, add beaten eggs and stir well, mixed with compartments broth and crushed garlic and put the fire to boil, stirring constantly. Pour over sliced ​​tripe.
