Trout with herbs

1 trout, cleaned
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Provencal mixture - savory, thyme, oregano, marjoram, rosemary, basil
2 large sprigs fresh parsley
1 large sprig of sage

Heat the oven to 200C. The fish is rinsed, dried and filled with spices. Bake opened about 25 minutes while visibly red. No need fat. Can be prepared and BBQ, it is best to use an aluminum tray for BBQ and cover with foil, to avoid having to pay. * Trout has a fine, not very specific taste, which only won plenty of tampering. In the absence of any of the spices can simply be omitted as the sage is a characteristic that should not be missed. * For 1 serving.

An interesting way of baking, so far I have not done but will try the method of preparation is simple and clean, that the oven remains clean.
