Ingredients
600 g minced meat turkey
400 g chicken mince
150 g feta cheese feta
50 g breadcrumbs
1 onion (grated)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 egg
salt
white and black pepper
pinch of basil, thyme, oregano
flour for rolling

Method
All products (without the feta cheese) mixed. Minced meat is left in the refrigerator for several hours. The feta cheese cut into small cubes. Formed into balls, as in every put cube feta cheese. Meatballs are rolled in flour and fry in deep fryer to 170 C.
