In Tuscan Minestrone

Ingredients
100 g beans
100 g rice
1 onion
1 carrot
celery
tomatoes
courgettes
leeks
cheese
salt, pepper
sunflower oil
Method
Boil the beans. Pass a half and returned. The 5 tbsp sunflower oil fry the onion, celery, carrot and parsley. Add tomatoes, courgettes and leeks. Stew ten minutes and add to the beans. Taste, pour hot water and cook for 2 more hours. Insert the rice. After standby is served with grated cheese.

interesting dish I try it but without squish beans, because I love him with whole grains.
