Tutmanik with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 eggs
5 tbsp vegetable oil
150 g feta cheese
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
20 g yeast
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
7-8 small fresh mushrooms

Method
In a deep bowl whisk eggs, yogurt, vegetable oil. Yeast dissolved in little lukewarm water and bring to the mix. Add crumbled feta cheese and salt. Mushrooms cut into slices, pour boiling water to boil them and add salt. Then showered with cold water and drained. Add to the egg mixture and the feta cheese. Mix well. Sift the flour with the baking powder 2-3 times and was gradually added to the mixture. Mix well with a wooden spoon and pour into greased and scatter with flour pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 20 minutes in a hot oven. Serve with yogurt or puree.
