Veal meatballs with spinach

Ingredients
750 g beef
2 eggs
1 bunch parsley
750 g spinach
500 g potatoes
rusk
salt
fat (sunflower oil, lard, olive oil)
1 onion
Method
Wash the spinach. Boil in lightly salted water. Removed in a strainer and strain after it cool finely chopped. Add meat, eggs, parsley, salt and onion, chopped very finely. The mixture is stirred and it is made of meatballs. Fried in fat. Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into rings. In 3-4 tablespoons butter fry 2 tbsp crushed rusk or breadcrumbs, add the potatoes, mixed and served as a side dish to meat balls.
