Vegan biscuits with wine

Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
1 kg of flour
2 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 cup dry red wine
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
In saucepan, combine wine, sugar and honey. Place over low heat and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Add orange juice, olive oil and cinnamon. Mix well and remove from heat (the mixture should not boil). Add the walnuts and mix. Sift flour with baking powder and gradually add to the mix as well mix. Shape the hands of small circles and place in pre-greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour baking dish (or covered with baking paper). Bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated 110 C oven. Hot sprinkle with powdered sugar.
