Vegetable soup with beans

Ingredients
2 tomatoes
250 g green beans
120 g mature white beans
1 onion
piece of pumpkin
2-3 potatoes
1-2 leeks
60 g vermicelli
3 cloves garlic
basil
4 tbsp (40 ml) sunflower oil
feta cheese
celery leaves
salt
Method
Soaked one day in advance beans boiled until soft. Yellowing to fry in two tablespoons of sunflower oil in the chopped onion, add boiled, peeled and finely chopped tomatoes and fry well. Pour 1 liter of water, add salt, add chopped green beans, cooked beans with broth, diced pumpkin and potatoes, chopped leek and boil. After a little added noodles and boiled until soft. Garlic beat mechanically with basil in a mortar until a slurry and was added dropwise to the remaining sunflower oil. Remove the soup from the heat, add the pulp of the mortar and finely chopped celery leaves. Separately served grated feta cheese.
