Vegetables with crispy topping

Ingredients
4 cups broccoli, separated into florets
4 cup cauliflower divided into florets
3 tbsp margarine
4 slices of feta cheese
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
Method
Well washed broccoli and cauliflower are placed in 2 cups boiling salted water. The pot is capped, the temperature is reduced and the vegetables are cooked for about 10 minutes. Remove, drain and arrange in a lightly greased baking pan. Top rank slices feta cheese. The dish is dusted with pre-fried in margarine breadcrumbs. Bake for a few minutes in the oven.
