Ingredients
100 g coarsely chopped walnuts
113 g butter
125 g flour
1/4 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 egg
160 g brown sugar
100 g white chocolate
1-2 vanilla

Method
Heat oven to 180 C. bake until nuts are brown gain. The butter is melted and allowed to cool. In a bowl mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix brown sugar and egg and stir mixer to whiten. Add vanilla and the butter, and continuing to stir at a low speed. Then flour was added and and stirred until fully assume. Add nuts and chopped white chocolate and stir again. Pour in the form 20-20, covered with paper and bake 20-30 minutes to dry and become golden brown. In spiking with a stick in the middle should not be completely dry and moist. Remove the cake and cut into shapes when completely cool.
