Zucchini with cheese

Ingredients
3-4 (300 g) zucchini
3-4 (200 g) peppers
100 g cheese
1 cup (200 ml) milk
1 tsp tomato paste
2 eggs
30 g butter
parsley
salt
500 g yogurt
Method
Courgettes are peeled and cut into rings, then boiled in salted water. The peppers are roasted, peeled and cleaned of seed. In a greased baking dish with butter rank consistently rows of zucchini and peppers, as sprinkled with grated cheese. Ends with a row of zucchini. Eggs are broken down with milk. Add the tomato paste dissolved in a little cold water, and parsley. The resulting mixture is poured courgettes and peppers. Place top pieces of the butter. Bake in a hot oven until browned. Serve with yogurt.
