Apple cake with hazelnuts and raisins

Ingredients
750 g of apples
200 g sugar
the juice of 1 lemon
250 g biscuits
60 g butter
1 cup raisins
100 g ground hazelnuts
Method
Apples are washed, cut into quarters and boil in 250 ml water until tender, then Strain or rub through a sieve. Sweetened with 100 g of sugar and add lemon juice. Suharto crushed into small pieces. Half the butter is melted, add the remaining sugar and stir until boil and get a golden color. Add the crushed biscuits, hazelnuts and raisins, then mix well. In the form of baking a layer of the mixture with crackers, a layer of smashed apples and alternate so as to end with the mixture with biscuits. Carefully seal the edges and put the rest on top of the butter pieces. Bake 20 minutes in preheated oven at 220 C. Serve warm or cold.
