Preparation of the base: the oven to 180C degrees. Stir the mayonnaise, egg, sugar and milk (with a wire whisk or mixer) as you mix. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and cocoa. Stir. Grate the apple in large pieces grater. Add it into cake mixes and mix. In a baking dish or another, with a diameter of 25 cm (+/- 2 cm), put baking paper. Carefully cake mix (if you'll put marzipan, here is the time to narezhem cubes and scatter it over the dough) and bake until ready (sample with a dry stick will tell you when to remove it, but do not forget that apple gives succulence and must be careful not too dry). Remove from oven and form. Allow to cool. Preparation of the cream: soft butter and halva scraping with a fork until a nice homogenous mixture. Put sour cream (it's nice to be at room temperature) and stirring. Turn the mixer on low speed, beat and briefly mix. Add cream * * Ole and beat (now in the fast lane) thickens (do not put the entire amount at once, and spoon a spoon, because those 40 g are approximate. Beat with a mixer following each spoon to obtain the desired density). On cold cream base put a thick layer. For decoration I used chopped chocolate dessert family of Snickers, almonds and marzipan cherry blossoms.
