Ingredients
4 cups finely chopped apples
1 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter
pinch of salt
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 hours. flour
1 cup whole milk

Method
Lemon juice is poured over the apples and mix well. Mix the eggs, vanilla, flour, the butter, milk, sugar and salt. Then mix all ingredients and pour into a small pan. Dessert bake 50-55 minutes at 180 C. Once the dessert is ready to leave for 10 minutes at room temperature before consumption. * Serve warm with vanilla ice cream balls. * Can be stored up to 4-5 days in the refrigerator and heated for 50 seconds before eating.
